Good 5 star quality, beautifully decorated rooms, all the comfort you can expect, everything well thought through. Nice bathroom with large shower. Beds are large but way too soft for me. Good sound isolation from the honking motorbikes in the street below. The view on the opera house would be nice but windows were dirty as hell. Very nice pool with palms around, large enough to actually go swimming. Good level of service, friendly staff, late check out. Lots of shops, bars and restaurant around. Around 30mins to the airport, Grab app works very poor in Saigon, download Vinasun taxi app - much more reliable. I made 3 bookings with that hotel, on one of them I was offered a discount for the room service, on the other ones not, no idea how does that work.

I stayed at Caravelle the second week after Vietnam reopened in 2022. Everything was excellent, and I don't just say that lightly. Considering the fact that this is a locally owned and managed hotel, not an international chain, every aspect of this hotel exceeded my expectation. First, the room is exactly the right size, very comfortable, has beautiful design. Bathroom has a shower, and no bathtub, but that's perfectly okay with me. Wifi is reasonably fast. The best part is the view overlooking the Opera House and the walking street area. It's in the center of District 1 where all the best restuarants and shops are a 5-min walk away. The breakfast is very good.

Good equipment and service, the quality of accommodation is very high。 This stay is a honeymoon, the hotel is very carefully decorated and small surprises. I think it's very thoughtful.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel for 4 nights. We stayed in a king room with the signature lounge excess. 1. Great location. You can walk to many attractions and shopping. 2. Very clean and comfortable room. 3. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Service orientated. They were fantastic. 4. We enjoyed many drinks and canopies at the signature lounge & the roof top bar. Everything was perfect.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and fresh. The location was great with a short walk to anything that I wanted. Many restaurants around. Staff were very polite and there was the right amount of staff, there was not any delay when asking for anything. Staff respect your privacy. Taxis were queued up outside the hotels main entrance. There is a casino in this hotel, but I did not visit. The staff dealt with some difficult guests respectfully even though the respect was not given to the staff by the entitled old man.

I stayed in a club room, giving me access to the lounge which was fabulous. My room was very comfortable, spacious, always clean. I had great views, and the location is Sublime.

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable (it seems like the hotel has different mattress firmnesses for different tastes), the shower was quite large, housekeeping was good, and the soundproofing between rooms was good as well…overall the room was very pleasant. The gym was well-equipped and open 24-7, which was great. The pool area was relaxing, and there was a jacuzzi in the locker room.
